We understand that not every purchase will fit & returns or exchanges are sometimes needed.  Therefore, we offer easy return policy for our customers.

Please read out our return policy below and follow it.

  • If there is any issue about quality, color and size, you can inform us and use the return option. 
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the original shipment date. 
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition.
  • Sale items are all final sales & cannot be returned.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Items returned without original tags or not in original condition or not in with our return policy will be refused or charged a Upto 50% restock fee.
  • Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only past the three day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department.  Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in which you may use to purchase a new size. 50% restock fee will be charged if the suit is custom made according to specific size and height. Shipping charges for both ways is the responsibility of customer. Any custom duty or other charges charged by the courier will be deducted from the amount on retured parcels.

Custom Made Dresses

  • We always check all ordered dresses for the given sizes and specifications before shipping. We are unable to simply refund the custom made dresses. These dresses are made for individual customers considering their specific requirements and hence are not useful for any other customer. 
    We are dedicated at PakRobe.com to offer you our best services. We will still help you in sorting out problems with such customized dresses. We may offer you free alteration services (if possible at all) to suit your needs and then ship back to you at our expense. Sometimes the requested alterations are not possible to a particular dress such as changing the colors, increasing the length, changing fabrics or embroidery patterns etc.

Order Cancellation 

Most dresses are made on order. If an order is under process and is canceled by a customer after 5 days of placing the order, we will deduct 10% late order cancellation charges.
In some cases, we may ask further verification from the customer. If a customer fails to provide the verification and order is therefore canceled, we will deduct 5% as card processing fee that has been charged to us already by the payment processing companies. If a customer asks us to cancel the payment 48 hours after placing the order due to any other reason, 6% card processing fee will be deducted.

Return Instructions: 

Please don’t forget to read our Return Policy to make sure you have met all the return requirements.

  • Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage will have to be paid to have the item returned to you.
  • Add a letter containing detailed reason of return or contact our customer service for return reference before posting back to our office.
  • Pack the items properly neatly and place it as it was received.
  • In case of alterations, send the item only that required alteration.
  • We highly recommend using a proper return method. Once we receive your packet, your return will be processed in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email or phone call when your return is processed.
  • Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a full refund. For more information write us at info@PakRobe.com.
  • I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
  • We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are possible. If we you received the wrong item, don’t remove its labels,  simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
